It was my first time here and yet I felt like I had been going here for years! Edwina was very professional and super friendly. She provided me with so much information and tips.After my appointment was done and I was booking my next appointment, I was greeted by the rest of the staff. Dr Vivian had even called me out by my name despite not having actually met in person.I look forward to future appointments and being looked after by such a friendly group of people!

When you walk into METALAB you are met by very friendly & informative staff, they are more then happy to answer any questions you may have and show you their products and any machinery that may be used pending on your treatment needs. The design is modern , clean , comfortable and very relaxing.I received Botox and Lip Filler from Dr.Neil D'Souza. I am extremely happy with his work. My lips look AMAZING!!!! I have had lip filler before done at 3 other registered injection spas and I can tell you from experience I have never had such beautiful yet natural looking results as I did with METALAB. My Botox was administered perfectly , I look flawless years younger my husband says. I Love Love Love the eyebrow lift Dr.D'Souza gave me.I would 100% recommend METALAB and Dr. Neil D'Souza.

Jenny was professional and amazing, I had ombré brows done and it was a great experience. She really took her time to perfect the shape and made sure I was 100% satisfied. Can’t wait to see the end result in 2 weeks! Highly recommend MetaLab. You are in very good hands once you step in the door!

Metalab is beautifully designed. My facial treatment was amazing. Edwina was knowledgeable and professional and very easy to talk to. I do not personally regularly tend to my skin, definitely not as often as I should, but Edwina helped me understand the importance of taking care of my skin and myself. (SELF CARE because you deserve it.) I highly recommend Metalab to everyone. Check it out. You won't be disappointed!!!

Edwina was amazing! She did a deep pore cleansing facial for me and throughout the process she let me know what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and even educated me on what skincare products (specifically ingredients) would work for my skin tone and skin type. She was kind, thoughtful, and very professional throughout the whole process, and I look forward to coming back to receive more facials from her in the future.

Jenny found good quality colored blue lashes to put on for me as per my request. They look great. I love them. They lasted for more than 6 weeks. Jenny is patient, friendly and a very skilled eyelash technician. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting good quality lashes and service.

Loved my experience at Metalab! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. Shelley was the one who took care of me and I felt very welcomed and at home throughout the whole process. She explained everything very thoroughly and made me felt at ease. Can’t wait to come back for more treatments!
